Wednesday Night at the Esquire!
An Uncertain World
I sense that people in general (all over the nation) have a feeling of uncertainty. They don't know about the economy, they don't know about the leadership of our nation, they don't know about gas prices, they don't know about their jobs, they don't know about lots and lots of things. They are uncertain. The holidays are over. Reality is here. And many people aren't sure they like what they see. It may not be necessarily good or bad - but it's just all over the place - it's uncertain.
Be careful. Uncertainty is a trap from the enemy. He will try and trick you with so many things in your life that you can’t depend on; eventually you might think there is nothing you can depend on. And that’s just not true.
There are some things you can know for sure, even in a world as uncertain as ours. It’s important to take some time, clear a space, and just review some things in this life, and some things that happened long ago, and some things that have yet to happen – that we know we can trust. I invite you to take some time to join us on Wednesday’s at 7 p.m. at the Esquire in Bolivar during January as we clear a space in our lives and talk about what we can know, for sure, in an uncertain world.
Bring a friend and I'll see you at the Esquire!
